Ongoing monthly Health & Wellness Coaching for individuals seeking personalized guidance across any medical or health concerns in personal or in family history. Monthly membership includes unlimited coaching appointments as needed while the subscription is active. Enrollment requires an active monthly subscription.
Cancellation Policy
This Free 10-Minute Consultation via Zoom video chat does not constitute the commencement of a physician-patient relationship. The physician will not diagnose or treat, but simply offer his opinion based upon the patient's brief history of whether Health Coaching can be a beneficial investment into the client's health. For cancellations, please cancel one hour before the time of your appointment.
