FAQs & POLICIES: ANSWERS TO COMMON QUESTIONS

1. What exactly do you offer?

I offer:

  • 1-on-1 health coaching

  • Educational webinars with live Q&A

  • Guidance on nutrition, lifestyle, weight loss, hormones, supplements, vaccine injury recovery, and longevity

  • Access to curated supplement protocols for disease and pre-disease states.

My focus is to help you understand your body, your options, and your path forward to the BEST VERSION OF YOU!

2. Will you be my family physician and prescribe medications?

No. I am not currently practicing medicine and do not function as your primary care physician. My work is as a Health Coach and educator. I do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. When appropriate, I may recommend you speak with your primary care physician or an independent, licensed telemedicine provider to discuss prescription options, labs, or medical diagnoses.

3. Can I cancel services at any time?

After six months, yes.

4. Will insurance cover your services or the supplements and remedies you recommend?

No. Insurance tends to pay poorly for preventative care. This is a cash-only service. Health-care savings accounts will probably pay for my services and the supplements I recommend, but discuss with your accountant to be sure.

5. Where is your office?

Presently, this is a virtual Health Coaching and educational company without a client-accessible office. Communication will be via zoom video chats or, for Health Coaching clients, phone call.

6. Will you order lab work?

I can recommend lab work that you can get in labs like Any Lab Test Now, who will send a copy to your family physician.

7. Can prospective patients have a Free Consult?

I offer a free 5-10 minute Zoom call which you can schedule Here.

8. Can I get a discount?

Yes. If you pay for six months up front, you will receive your seventh month free. The Couples deal is also a 50 % discount off of the second person.

9. If Dr. Johnston recommends Testosterone, BPC-157, Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, Estrogen, Phentermine, Metanx, Ivermectin, NAD, and other prescription remedies, and my family doctor will not prescribe it for me, can Dr. Johnston help me get it?

Dr. Johnston cannot prescribe medications for clients, but given he has 25 years of family medicine experience, he can give guidance to clients so they can get what they need, often at far less expense than what you can get it for at your local pharmacy. â€‹

10. Does Dr. Johnston follow the guidance of the FDA and CDC?

I keep abreast of the CDC and FDA and medical recommendations from various organizations and agencies, but my responsibility is limited to Health Coaching and giving recommendations that include many non-FDA approved remedies--evidence-based remedies, but not FDA-approved. The customer assumes all risk for using these products, some of which have significant side effects including disability and death.

11. Will Dr. Johnston be available for emergencies?

Yes. Health Coaching clients will have Dr. Johnston's cell phone number.

12. Will Dr. Johnston care for our elderly or disabled relative in a nursing home?

Yes. Typically, the "Couples" deal only applies to couples who live in the same home, but an elderly or disabled loved one in a nursing home can be included as an Individual in the Individual Plan or as one of the Couples clients in the Couples plan.

13. How do your webinars work?

Each webinar is via a Zoom video link, and includes an in-depth educational presentation followed by live Q & A with me. You’ll receive a link to attend before the scheduled time.

14What happens during a free Zoom call?

The free consultation is a 5–10 minute conversation to clarify your goals, see if coaching is a good fit, and outline possible next steps. It is not a medical visit and does not establish a doctor–patient relationship.

16. What should I do in an emergency or if I’m having serious symptoms?

Always seek immediate care from your local emergency department or contact your primary care physician. My role is educational and coaching-based; I do not provide urgent care or emergency services.

17. Is my information kept private?

I treat your information with respect and confidentiality. I do not share your details without your permission except as required by law, as in cases where a crime has been committed. Most breaches in medical records are the result of hackers breaking into electronic medical records. I use paper records, which gives you significant privacy protection.
